Privacy policy

Your game stays on your device. Voidstead has no player account, advertising, tracking, or in-game analytics.

The iPhone and iPad game

Voidstead stores your active campaign, discoveries, achievements, read records, and settings locally on your device. The current app does not send this information to us or to a third-party service. It does not request access to your location, contacts, microphone, camera, or photos. It has no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Local storage, retention, and deletion

Your campaign and preferences remain until you replace or remove them. Starting a new game replaces the active campaign; lifetime Datalog discoveries and achievements remain. To remove the app’s local data, use Delete App in iOS or iPadOS settings. Offloading the app keeps its data. Device backups may retain a copy under your Apple backup settings; manage or remove those backups through Apple’s device and iCloud controls. There is no Voidstead account or developer-hosted game profile to delete.

This website

The website is hosted by Vercel. Delivering and securing the site involves ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time. Vercel processes hosting information under its Privacy Notice. We have not added advertising, analytics scripts, marketing cookies, or a newsletter signup.

If you choose Reduce motion, the website saves that preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data. Audio starts only when you enable it. Fonts, artwork, and audio are served with the site.

Support and voluntary information

If you contact us for support, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. Use only the details necessary to explain the issue; do not send passwords or payment information. We use support correspondence to respond, investigate problems, and maintain relevant records for as long as needed for that purpose or applicable obligations. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising. You may request deletion of correspondence through the same support channel, subject to any records we must retain.

Apple services and external links

Apple independently handles App Store transactions, distribution, and any platform diagnostics you choose to share. These follow Apple’s terms and privacy settings. Opening a support, legal, or other external link leaves the local game and makes a web request to that destination.

Children and privacy

Voidstead is a science-fiction horror strategy game and is not designed as a children’s service. The app does not collect personal information from players. If a child has sent personal information in support correspondence, contact us to request its removal.
